Don't be fooled by the false labels!

HEATLH MINDED CONSUMERS ARE TRICKED INTO EATING MORE PROCESSED SUGAR

Nowadays, people qare more concerned about their health that they prefer to buy products that seem to have less sugar. Manufactureres intend to change the food label of sugar to less-seeming label such as sugar evaporated cane juice however that does not mean that there is less sugar in the product.

Long time ago, health food stores did not sell products containing sugar yet, the today's health food store only claims to have healthy image of their stores and seel products with processed sugar. The most used label of the processed sugar would be the "Evaporated cane juice." It lacks the final process wherein the last bit of molasses is removed yet; both the white sugar and the evaporated cane juice have four calories per gram.

The problem with the processed sugar is the process wherein the vitamins, minerals, fiber, amoni acids and other nutrients are destroyed while chemicals are produced. This process should be practiced in order to destroy the molasses which are known as viscous byproduct of the processing of sugar cane or sugar beets into sugar.

Without fat or protein, consuming large amount of sugar, evaporated cane juice or any other alternative name for it can yield to insulin spike, weight gain, immune system suppression and increased chance of having diabetes. Many manufacturers deceive consumers that they only sell natural and raw sugar. However, the real raw and natural sugar is made from sugar cane at a sugar mill and transferred to refinery. High quality of brown sugar is processed with only few steps and leaving a bit of molasses in sugar. On the other hand, low quality of brown sugar are made from processed white sugar and mixing caramel for coloring. Worse, animal bone charcoal is used for coloring.

In our past, we enjoyed the taste of sugar and gained enought energy from the nature, fruit however, these days, wwe face the unstoppable sugar-craving problem. Addiction to sugar led some people's lives into misery such as being obese and refusing nutritious dense foods therefore, it is important to distinguish and choose the properly labeled and processed organic sugar. The formost difference is that roganic sugar has no pesticides unlike the inorganic sugar. Also, consumers have to be careful in choosing the right sugar contained product since the manufacturers thend to change the labels to healthier label options to appeal and persuade the consumers.

The best way to enjoy sugar without concerns would be eating a lot of diverse fruits. They are natural and organic thus giving consumers enough energy and nutrients. Consuming fruits is highly advised to those addicted to processed sugar. Moreover, changing the habit and addiction of having processed sugar can lead to strenthening the mind and the body in your control which trains people not to be fooled by the false labelds.

I also see that they world is getting callous that people lies, cheats and cares for themselves only. That could be the reason why manufacturers are being deceitful in terms of labeling the contents of a product. As consumers, we have to be cognizant of what we are buying and eating because it could be harmful to our body. We must have thorough knowledge on food and its basic terms. We should also contrain ourselves from consuming large amount of processed or inorganic sugar which causes malady such as insulin spike, weight gain, immune system suppression and increased chance of having diabetes. Once again, I see the significance of fruit for it it nutritious, delicious and macrobiotic. Fruit is like a fortification for our body to defend and scuffle the bacteria and germs. This food article gives us the reminder to be careful in choosing what we buy and eat. It teachers us the valuable lesson that organic is always the best for our immune system.
